Commercial Description:
Brewing the perfect ale is truly a balancing act ... Hazardous work you might say. With Hop Hazard our challenge was to hand craft a malt rich base that could counterbalance a combustible five-hop blend and still leave your taste buds with enough room to enjoy a unique, dry-hopped finish.

Nice grassy hops, good malt foundation; in fact almost perfect.

Excellent pale ale! The hops are perfectly balanced, with a pleasant, but not overpowering hop bitterness. Prefer this slightly over Weyerbacher's Hops Infusion, and have been trying to find this for a while. A great beer!

Light copper in color. Full, frothy off white head. Nice roast malt aroma, fresh floral hops. Cheers! A completely decent pale ale. Starts smooth and faintly sweet with roasted nut and caramel flavors. Smoothly followed by a flourish of balancing hops. Emminently drinkable.

Good hoppy beer, but a little dry and bitter. Has a good aroma and taste, but it could stand to be balanced a little better

Very hoppy but not too bitter. It has a very faint sweetness in the aftertaste that is very nice. Good flavor, color and aroma. Well done. Another good River Horse beer.

Slightly hazy amber. Creamy light tan head. Light carbonation. Aroma of citric, floral and grassy hops with notes of spruce as well. Medium body. Light crispness. Hoppy, but bitter and deeply hopped not floral and in your face with flavor. Nice aftertaste. Building malt balance and sweetness as it sits. Good hop burps. Powdery like finish with some more malt heft and juicy hop notes. A flavorful Pale Ale and very good session brew.

Nose of spice, alcohol, some citrus, cereal & oats, flowers, resin, and burnt molasses. Pours a hazy clover honey. The off white head is mostly diminishing with light lace. The brew is well balanced with plenty of malt. Light acidity transcends into a long nutty bitter finish with hints of dried fruit. Reminds me more of an English Pale or ESB than an APA. The medium body is soft and dry.
