Oct 30, 2009 Bottle thanks to thirdeye11. Pours with a hazy golden body and an off-white head. Aroma of table sugar, tangerine and other citrus. Taste is pine, sugar, bitterness, and a little bit of straight hop resin. Light bubbles. Bot amazing, but not bad either.

Oct 30, 2009 (Cask) Poured deep amber and hazy with medium sized and white head. Aroma was mainly fruity. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Beer tasted of malts, hops, fruitiness, bitterness, molasses and sweetness. Finished malty.

Oct 26, 2009 Cask at Barcade: Deep hazy orange with a nice lacing off white head that retains the whole duration. The aroma has that juicy sweet fruitiness of some U.S. west coast hybrid hops- some sweet mango, candied peach/lychee notes- some soft, medium crystal malt notes are under the hops. This was a nice fluffy feeling cask- silky palate. The flavor had a juicy soft crystal malt sweetness with that tropical fruit hoppiness again- candied peach and tropical fruit character. Becomes hempy later on with a long herbal/resiny bitterness to balance the sticky/tropical fruit and crystal malt fore. A rich yet, yet well attenuated and balanced IIPA. (At least on cask- I have yet to try it in any other form)

Oct 22, 2009 From dmac via trade. The pour was a cloudy pale copper color with a short white head and some thin but sticky lace. Mostly bitter pine hops on the nose. The flavor was a touch of sweetness up front that gave way to bitter pine and light floral hops. Relatively thin mouthfeel for what it is.

Oct 21, 2009 Tap at the Blind Tiger. Very nice pour. Sweetish aroma, with a ghostly hop. Very cheesy in the flavor, decrepit, bitter, sweet... everything bad you can find in a IIPA with none of the good.

Oct 18, 2009 Now this brew is what I’m talkin’ about. Good stuff. Pours cloudy, dark amber with a medium sized offwhite head and spider web lace. Smells of resiny, citrusy hops with a big, sweet, caramel malt presence. Tastes nice and hoppy bitter right up front with a big, sweet, caramel maltiness that bilds through the middle and lingers. Nice bitterness, citrusy. Solid, full body and good carbonation.

Oct 18, 2009 Poured from the (SL) bottle as an amber color with a big head for a dIPA. The aroma was strong floral bitterness with some oranges mixed in there. The flavor featured a malt base with strong floral and orange bitterness, as well as a piney bite with each sip. Mouthfeel was moderate in body and zingy.
