Oct 31, 2008 pours a nice hazy mahogany red. thick but quickly dissipating white head. Nose of cherry, malt, light dough. Flavor is pleasantly bitter, with sweet cherry and wheat. kinda thin though. aftertaste is malty, slight metallic bitterness, bing cherry, and malt. not really anything to write home about.

Oct 26, 2008 Thin, off-white head of fine bubbles. Recedes quickly. Roasty aroma with some roasted malts, tea leaves and a hint of cherry. Dark amber in color. Malty and roasty flavor with some more tea and earthy notes. Pretty smooth but a little bit lifeless in the mouth. Finishes roasty and dry. So so.

Oct 12, 2008 Bottle. Pours a dark ruby amber with a slightly off white head. Aroma is sweet and lighlty malty. The flavor is almost devoid of fruit, and actually is closer to the citrus fruity flavor profile of an IPA. It has a medium body and a mild finish.
