| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Jan 27, 2009 Bottle… Hazy golden ale with a small, creamy, white head. Decent retention. The docile nose is mildly tangy with a dab of chocolate and maybe cherry – maybe not. Medium-bodied with a tannic mouthfeel and stinging carbonation. Perfectly balanced. Definitely more cherry in the flavor than the aroma. Sweet, medium-roast malts offset nicely by mineral bitterness. Crisp, dry finish. Bottle courtesy of scraff! | 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Sep 20, 2008 Pours a transparent copper orange with a clingy-lacing light tan head. Has a toasty grainy musty nose with a touch of tart fleshy cherries. Body starts with good fullness and caramel malty sweetness with a semi-tart musty cherry flavor before a slightly drier finish. An interesting beer, but could use either more of a sugary sweet cherry character or a tart sour cherry character. Cletus (5058), Connecticut, USA

Tastes of cherries, caramel, some earthy undertones. Interesting and enjoyable. DocLock (4648), Lower Pottsgrove, Pennsylvania, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Jul 29, 2008 Pours deep coppery with ruby edges and off-white head. Nose is caramel malt, cherry, brown sugar, and earthy. Tastes nut brown aley, with definite almond, brown sugar, caramel malt, and subdued cherry notes, with some earthy undercurrents as well. This one is like a 75:25 hybrid of a nut brown ale and a fruit (cherry) ale. HogTownHarry (4025), Toronto (Harbourfront), Ontario, Canada
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Nov 25, 2009 Bottle ( 12oz ). Clear bright deep copper, average frothy off-white head. The aroma’s more like a dry, leafy-hoppy pale ale with a little cherry overtone. Taste is ... like a vegetal amber with a mild infusion of cherry cough syrup... not bad, but ... not great. Sticky, sryupy, thick mouthfeel, light carbonation, a somewhat harsh aftertaste - ehhh.
