Aroma of biscuity malt with a bit of canned fruit salad in light syrup and lavender or other floral notes. Bready, slightly sweet malt flavor, with like a pear or honeysuckle flavor which the bottle reveals as coming from the addition of Carapils malt. Interesting, but I can’t stop thinking that this tastes like someone accidently spilled perfume in my beer. Palate smooth, light and drinkable, making it a good session beer for those who are into the flavors. MadIndian (997), Levittown, Pennsylvania, USA

I wasn’t to impressed with the appearence. Had a floral aroma the taste while a little thin for my likings, still was smooth going down. Not a bad beer. I would describe the flavor to you in detail, but really, you have to taste things for yourself. Excellent ESB, a perfectly well flavored and refreshing microbrew. ghostmonkey (182), budd lake, New Jersey, USA
