Mar 6, 2005 On tap at the brewpub. Light amber in color with beautiful lacing. This has the strongest ginger aroma that I have ever encountered in a beer. It tastes like you are eating ginger. It also has a decent IBU level of hops which play well with the ginger. The generous malt sweetness of the body brings the hops and ginger together so that nothing seems out of place. Nice carbonation to boot. This is truly a treat from a unexpected place.
