Jan 31, 2008 24 oz pour is golden with a white head. This batch is light on the hops wet grain and balanced maltiness. This beer varies from pretty good to very average depending on the batch.

Pours pale golden with a bit of white head.
Light earthy hop aroma, with some grainy character and light esters.
Balanced, but light, hop and malt flavors.
Light body. High carbonation. Balanced finish.
Very avarage, but it managed to quench my thirst.

Oct 2, 2005 On tap: A decent beer here. It had a browninsh amber color with a thin whispy bubbly layer around the edge of the glass. Aroma was a little malty. Taste was a bit of caramel, and steady dose of hops.

Jun 12, 2005 Nice eye-appeal ... with a beach-wave-foam of a head that’s still stuf-like after 15 minutes. Mashy aroma, milky texture with an almost sweet, almost hoppy flavor. so-so.
