Peach and wheat in the flavor, lots of both. Very much like Pyramid hefeweizen, perhaps even clone. Cloudy orange color. MatSciGuy (638), Rosemount, Minnesota, USA

Peach jam aroma, musty, clove apple, and banana. Very jammy flavor, sweet, rich front that drops off to a quick, thin finish. Buttery. badgerben (3605), Blaine, Minnesota, USA

Monster peach flavor, like just biting into a raw one. Some banana from the yeast. A little bit of a Lysol-like taste, but not enough to diminish the beer. OSLO (828), Minnesota, USA
| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 4/5 | 10/20 | Sep 19, 2008 [Growler, thanks Skyview] Pours very cloudy golden with a small white head. Aroma has a little wheat and some peach, and actually isn’t bad. The taste is mainly the peach and wheat, but it also has some malt, and blends with a buttery flavor that is pretty bad. Good mouthfeel with an average finish. The peach really wasn’t that bad, but once combined with the butter it created something that was pretty unappealing. | 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Sep 8, 2008 Served on draught at the brewpub in downtown West Best, Wisconsin. Pours a hazy golden pale lemonade colored brew with a thin white head that quickly dissipates clean with no ring or lacing Aroma of heavy peach with lemon zest, a touch of orange and light white bread malt. Taste is light to medium bodied, very light carbonation with a more peach flavor than the wheat grain malt flavors, a touch of honey and apricot flavors. Finish is semi-sweet with a lingering peach and wheat malt aftertaste, that is not too tart. Like the cherry version sampled last spring, the brewmaster does not skimp on fruit in his weiss beers.
