Commercial Description:
Our newest brew and lightest bodied beer makes an excellent introduction to the world of craft-brewed beers. Light enough in body to appeal to drinkers of American light lagers, and flavorful enough to demonstrate what a beer can and should be, while at the same time exhibiting the balance so often claimed as the hallmark of light lagers. The Dented Pevels of Fenchurch ESB is brewed as a session ale - easily drinkable and not overly potent - and uses only nobel hops in this formulation. Added to this are generous helpings of special malts such as caramel and aromatic to enhance color, body and flavor.

On draught at the brewpub in West Bend Wisconsin. Pours a clear copper amber brew with a fast dissolving off-white head that quickly dissipates to a fine film and white ring top. Aroma of light caramel malt with a touch of hard fruits and some grassy/citrus zest hops. Taste is light bodied, some carbonation with flavors of light caramel malt and a mild vegetable bitterness. Finish is light, crisp and almost clean cut with a mild bitter aftertaste that quickly disappears.
