The actual name of this beer is called Riverside Duckinstator Violator Ready Steady Smoochin’ Lator Doppelbock. Let’s just call this doppelbock as Riverside Duckinstator Doppelbock. Pours a clear dark copper amber brew with a creamy off white head that slowly dissipates and leaves behind some nice lacing and film top. Aroma of some fresh sour dough bread, caramel malt, a touch of herbal spice and some slight toffee. Taste is malty, medium to full bodied, light carbonation with flavors of tart toffee, some caramel malt, flowery and grassy hops and a touch of raisin. Finish is slightly dry a light raisin and caramel malt aftertaste with some mild bitterness.
