On tap at the Riverside Brew Pub. Poured a deep amberish / copper color with a small sized off white head. Aromas of toasted malts, caramel, and bready. Tastes of toasted bread, caramel, nutty, and light chocolate. Thinner body.

On draught at the brewery brewpub in Downtown West Bend, Wisconsin. The actual name of this beer is called Riverside Duckinstator Violator Ready Steady Smoochin’ Lator Doppelbock. Let’s just call this doppelbock as Riverside Duckinstator Doppelbock. Pours a clear dark copper amber brew with a creamy off white head that slowly dissipates and leaves behind some nice lacing and film top. Aroma of some fresh sour dough bread, caramel malt, a touch of herbal spice and some slight toffee. Taste is malty, medium to full bodied, light carbonation with flavors of tart toffee, some caramel malt, flowery and grassy hops and a touch of raisin. Finish is slightly dry a light raisin and caramel malt aftertaste with some mild bitterness.
