On draught at the brewpub in West Bend, Wisconsin. Pours a semi-clear amber brew with a creamy off-white head that quickly dissipates to white ring with some spotty lacing. Aroma of candi sugar, a hint of wintergreen, caramel malt, flowery hops and some pear. Taste is medium to full bodied, flavors of caramel malt, candi sugar, some cotton candy, banana, pear and a hint of alcohol. Finish is slightly sweet with a fruity and banana aftertaste and a little alcohol warmth.
