Belgian Wheats seem to be the best choice at this brew pub. Decent finish, very light and refreshing. LinusStick (1848), Moon Twp, suburb of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA
| 2.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | Apr 15, 2009 Blah...a very boring golden ale. Aroma was very weak with a light floral-ness and stale pale malt. Pour was a decent light clear gold with a pinky width sized white head. Taste was sweet light malt with some corn and a sugary wet finish. Little carbonation and medicinal aftertaste. Naka (526), Indiana, Pennsylvania, USA
| 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 2/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | Jul 28, 2008 Pours a pale clear straw color with a small fizzy white head. Nose of a little sweet toffee and slight grainyness. Very heavy grain flavor. A touch of sweet fruitiness. Also has a little bit of bitterness underneath. A little thin and a bit watery. A nice dry finish left in the mouth, though. zebracakes (1216), Washington DC, USA

| 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 2/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 11/20 | Jul 12, 2007 Typical beery aroma, alittle fruity perhaps. Very light ubiquitous pale yellow american lager color. The feel of this is medium to low carbonation. Very light taste, as the description indicates. Flavors of moist hay, wet cardboard and a generally interesting flavor that is unique and non offensive. Very friendly and easy to get along with. A very good session brew. Not bitter in the least. Well behaved and friendly. Overall, just a good example of a very drinkable beer. FROTHINGSLOSH (2036), GREENSBURG, Pennsylvania, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Jul 2, 2007 Sampled on draft at the brewery this beer poured a pale golden color with a small white head. The aroma was lightly tangy and yeasty. The flavor was tangy, sweet and yeasty with a dryish malt finish. I am not a big fan of Blond Ales in general but I had to give this one bonus points for being spot on for style. The most true rendition of the style I have seen from an American brewer.
