michael-pollack (2604), King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, USA Sep 17, 2009 Draught at Monroeville: Fain blueberry and grains. Poured pale yellow/gold/sand in color with no head at all. Lightly hazy. Not sparkling. Flavor is light to medium sweet. Tastes of blueberries, sugar, and artificial sweetener. Light body. Thin texture. Very sweet, artificial-tasting, blueberry finish. FROTHINGSLOSH (1961), GREENSBURG, Pennsylvania, USA Jan 3, 2009 Sampled on draft this beer poured a hazy ochre-amber color with a white head. The aroma was very strong blueberry with hints of bubblegum. The flavor was sweet, tangy and had a strong definite blueberry element and a wheaty and bready undertone. The mouthfeel was moderately thick. Well done. LinusStick (1831), Moon Twp, suburb of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA Apr 9, 2008 Not big on fruit beers, but blueberry can get me sometimes. This one didn’t really. Aroma was mostly blueberry and light sugar. Pour was a flat orange with no head. Taste was sweet and sugary with blueberry coming up in the aftertaste. Sticky sweet malty finish. Decent carbonation. So so. cheapdark (2011), Monacatootha, Pennsylvania, USA Mar 16, 2008 Cloudy and somewhat hazy reddish brown in color. Hardly any aroma but what is present is hint of luscious blueberry. Some fruit flavor, but not over the top. Certainly not sweet but you can tell there is fruit in there. Hay and grassy at times. Friendly yet not offensive. Unbitter finish.
