Medium cloudy, oragish yellow with a thin creamy head. Super apricot-fruity aroma with yeast. Pastry-like aroma. Nicely balanced wit. Slightly briny, lightly sweet, estery, light phenol, light bittering. Frothy mouthfeel. Tangerine zest, bready finish. Good.

6/28/08 - Draft sample at brewpub. Pours yellow ith white head. Floral spice nose, mild fruit. Taste like coppertone smells, floral and spice, slight banana. Pretty good, but only for one draft.
