Jan 29, 2006 Pours a hazy amber with a white head. Some lacings. Very strong sweetnes with the "right" aromas of yeast, fruits and prunes. Very abbey-ish. Finish a bit too gunsmoke bitter. A very nice beer that tastes EXACTLY like NIce Chouffe from Brasserie dAchouffe in Belgium. I guess it´s a sister-brewery sharing yeast strains.

Jan 29, 2006 (Bottle 65 cl) Pours an unclear pale golden with a tiny, white head. Fresh, citrusy nose. Good, full body with accents of yeast, citrus and coriander. Lightly sulphurous finish. Very, very true to the Belgian style and quite neat. 270106

Jan 28, 2006 Bottled: Yellow coloured. Very unclear. White head. Yeast, citrus, spice, some fruits and sweetness in the aroma.. Flavour of banana, spices (coriander) and yeast. Very wheaty. Is a little boring and cloying in the end. Thin bodied.

Jan 23, 2006 Certains bigot vont se plaindre d’un gout trop épicé. Cette broue ouvre les écluse de la découverte et permet d’apprécier tout la diversité d’un bière. Légèrement velouté comme bière, elle me fait voyagé à travers l’univers des sens.

Jan 1, 2006 Big white head, and spicy like I like em. Citrus, spices and other fruits. Yeasty, just like RJ makes em. Alcohol presence is noticeable. A very good one from RJ.
