Jun 10, 2002 A fairly good rendition of the Chouffe theme - maltier and less yeasty than the main brew from Belgium, but similar is fruitiness and hoppiness. Perhaps finishing a bit sweeter (a function of reduced yeastiness and lowered alcohol perception (it’s still 8%) Finally a civilized tap handle in Toronto!
