| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 2/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Dec 15, 2005 Bottle. Being fairly new to craft beers and to this particular style (witbier) I had difficulties making up my mind to come up with an accurate rating. So I opened up a regular macro beer to compare side by side. Well well…. simply no comparison whatsoever. This beer is by far much better in terms of aroma and taste. blankboy (3258), Toronto, Ontario, Canada
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 5/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Dec 1, 2005 Bottle shared with HogTownHarry. Pours a cloudy, very bubbly, dark yellow with a big lasting foamy white head. Aroma and flavour of wheat, banana, apples, coriander, pepper and honey. Light bodied and refreshing. This is pretty good, a pleasant tasting Witbier -- I’d gladly have it again. HogTownHarry (4026), Toronto (Harbourfront), Ontario, Canada
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Nov 28, 2005 Bottle (660ml). Shared with blankboy, his bottle. Poured hazy light gold with a lasting large white foamy head (3.5). Well, smells like a belgian wit - ash, banana, applesauce, coriander, lemon juice, honey - mild and pleasant. Tastes like it smells - honey, lemon, apples and wheat, mild spice, lightly carbonated, sticky mouthfeel, not much linger or aftertaste - a good patio beer, nothing too complex or challenging, but well-made, no negative elements to report. hopdog (5617), Lansdale, Pennsylvania, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Nov 23, 2005 12oz bottle acquired in trade with beanmedic (thanks!). Poured a lighter and hazy yellow color with an averaged sized white head. Aromas of corriander, lemons and yeast. Tastes of lemons, lighter spices, bananas, and wheat. Thinner but somewhat lively body that leaves on a crisp note.
