Poutine is an excellent way for a french fry to go, by the way. It had the right sharp spicey nose. Light spicey corriander and lots of yeast. Lively on the tongue. Strong enough to accompany the poutine. BückDich (4857), McCall, Idaho, USA

The nose if rich in sugar, white grapes, rich decocted malts and a hallertaur crispy note. The flavor is plenty balanced with tangy yeast notes and their creamy rich partners in crime. Finishes earthy, a little starchy but I found this to be very tasty. pintbypint (1028), Edmonton, Alberta, Canada

| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Apr 14, 2005 Medium gold in colour with a fair amount of carbonation. The aromas are fairly muted, but there are traces of yeast, citrus and wheat. The flavor component is way more substantial. There is a good balance between the wheat, yeast, citrus, bubblegum, and spice elements. I also noticed a touch of roasted sesame on the finish. A solid wit, and perhaps a bit under-rated. rederic (1815), montréal, Quebec, Canada
