Feb 22, 2008 Bière blanche à la robe paille possédant une densité moyenne. Très douce, elle présente un goût d’orge, de blé, de bananes et d’agrumes. Pas mauvaise du tout. Elle fait partie de mes préférées en matière de bières dans la tradition des blanches belges.

Jan 23, 2003 Cloudy amber, minimal head. Very nice, pleasant aroma, nice soft light Belgian wit. The flavour got some peanuts some fresh wheat. Nicely done, I like it.

Jul 21, 2005 Draught pint at an unknown Café on Rue Ontario in Montréal
Hazy clouds with stark white cumulonimbus head, strikingly beautiful. The nose if rich in sugar, white grapes, rich decocted malts and a hallertaur crispy note. The flavor is plenty balanced with tangy yeast notes and their creamy rich partners in crime. Finishes earthy, a little starchy but I found this to be very tasty.

Aug 16, 2009 Pours hazy gold into a tumbler. Bright white head slowly recedes to skim surface leaving slight spottting. Wheat and lemon aromas. Dry and wheaty from front to back. Tart lemon and orange citrus finish.

Jul 24, 2005 I had a bottle of this in some place in Montreal where they took me to try poutine. Poutine is an excellent way for a french fry to go, by the way. It had the right sharp spicey nose. Light spicey corriander and lots of yeast. Lively on the tongue. Strong enough to accompany the poutine.
