Mild sweet grainy malts and herbal hops in the nose. Clear golden body with low but lasting white head. Cooked cabbage, grainy, sweet flavour with light bitterness. Light body with strong carbonation. Bottle. Entered from notes.

There really isn't anything special about this. I will admit it had an odd taste. But nothing that will make me jump up and say hey I want that beer again. I'll save turtles another way thank you.

Thirst quenching pils but not as good as Unibroue U. This company brings tears to my eyes that they are trying to save the environment but their labels are creepy after drinking two...

I was very disapionted because I thought I was buying the Ale which was really good. This is a limpid labatt/molson wannabe. The colour is very pale - almost watery. Nose of corn and light-light hops. Flavour of corn and slight malt and very little bitterness. Give this to your mother when she asks for a beer and you know she hates your micros. I cannot believe that this is the **** that Cheval Blanc chooses to send Ontarians at the LCBO. It’s the only beer they make that I’ve ever seen outside of Québec and is their worst by far.

I don’t have much more to add. Not a terrible brew though, drinkable.

Malty aroma, dark orange appearance, and a head that disspeared quick. Malt in the palate, the middle is full with some lemon or citrus. It finishes long and unpleasant. NOt my type of brew!

Light; vaguely hoppy; pils-like, a decent int’l lager. That said, I feel sorry for the turtle, because I don’t know that they’ll be selling enough to save the poor guy.
