Jan 4, 2009 341 mL bottle. Hazy copper-orange with a short-lived head. Hefeweizen aroma of banana, sweet potatos (!?), some brown spice, and something a little metallic. Just sweet to start with; caramel malt and a touch of wheat. Thin at the end. Metallic, very slightly bitter finish. Quite highly carbonated. Interesting concept, but not much to offer here.

May 13, 2008 Bouteille de 341 ml. La bière est de couleur orangée avec une mousse blanche modeste qui reste. Au nez on découvre des arômes de céréales, de coriandre, de pêche, de pain et de blé. En bouche la bière a un corps moyen et nous révèles des flaveurs de caramel au beurre, de pêche, d’ananas, d’orange, de levure et de céréales. La finale est tout en douceur.

Apr 7, 2008 Thin soapy head which does not last long. Minimal carbonation. Spicy and fruity aroma with some light malts, orange and corriander. Color is a fiery orange. Crisp and slightly fizzy in the mouth. Grass, more spices and some dry and bitter herbal notes. Maybe even some pepper in there. Finishes dry and a bit bitter. An ok brew. I guess there was some wheat in there. Thanks to etowneraser for this one.
