| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 11/20 | Oct 10, 2005 Hazy golden ale with a thin white head. Sour apples in nose with wheaty malt. A bit wild. In mouth, sour apples and tart notes with the nice wheaty malt background, tarnished by traces of oxidation. Creamy mouthfeel and medoium bodied. beerbuzzmontreal (2931), Montreal, Quebec, Canada

Interesting aroma of baked apples and cinnamon, it feels a lot like an apple pie. The flavor has the same apple pie element with some doughy yeast. The body is medium with a creamy texture, the carbonation is moderate. This beer has nothing outstanding or special but does a good job as a simple, enjoyable, refreshing beer. muzzlehatch (4427), Burlington, Vermont, USA
| 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | Dec 2, 2004 660 ml bottle. Lovely, luminescent slightly hazy cider-gold, lasting creamy top...sweet apples and a hint of light malt in the nose...too much carbonation and a watery texture defeat the body, with a lemon-Sprite character that dominates the finish...improves slightly as it warms; this is a bit better than the Fraises (I actually finished it, anyway). radiomgb (2073), Peterborough, Ontario, Canada
| 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | Nov 19, 2004 Golden amber in colour. Aroma of apples with some sugar. The flavour had some apples but lacking in something. Thin body, medium carbonation. Finishes with a weak bitterness, fairly quick. Rather disappointing. beerhugger (541), Oshawa, Ontario, Canada

After that it all kind of fell apart though. Looked like an apple cider with a cider-like taste but with a funky finish and a lack of character. Eructoblaster (1510), Gatineau, Quebec, Canada
| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 11/20 | Apr 6, 2004 Nice effervescent and cloudy body. Its head unfortunately lacks some density and fades quickly. Good and fresh apple aroma with some very subtle hints of coriander. The taste is watery and sort of disappointing. It definitely lacks some punch (especially compared to Éphémère aux pommes...) and apples are a way less present than it is in the aroma. Very discreet palate. Some work is to be done on that one: I felt like drinking east-german Apfelschörl cutted with water, which must be very refreshing on a warm summer afternoon...
