Pours a big white head that recedes very quickly over a fairly still hazy golden body with very low carbonation. Flavour has just a hint of apple and a touch of hops in the finish but is also pretty buttery and sweet. Oily mouthfeel that is not altogether pleasant. Didn't really enjoy this one at all. Strange considering a number of fine offerings from this brewery. Bottle. Boutip (2380), Gatineau, Quebec, Canada

Carbonation is great with very good aroma of fresh apple with a little note of sweetness coming through. Taste is very refreshing with the apple taste being very noticeable (sweetness coming out at first and then a more acidic taste when the beer gets warmer) and nice mix of malts. Overall, this is a very refreshing beer and I find that to get the best out of this beer you need a fresh batch instead of some bottle that has been lying in some store for six months. mrkimchee (1414), Toronto, Ontario, Canada

Remind me a little of the apple Ephemere of Uniroue but whitout de Unibroue yeast. And that is good. Strong apple taste. Dry finish. Perfect beer for relaxing and watching Tv, or dinking outside alone in the summer. BroueNeault (157), Montréal, Quebec, Canada
