Bottle – Poured a blond beer with a nice huge head with standard retention. Carbonation is great with very good aroma of fresh apple with a little note of sweetness coming through. Taste is very refreshing with the apple taste being very noticeable (sweetness coming out at first and then a more acidic taste when the beer gets warmer) and nice mix of malts. Overall, this is a very refreshing beer and I find that to get the best out of this beer you need a fresh batch instead of some bottle that has been lying in some store for six months.

Hazy yellow with a small head. Pleasant apple taste and aroma. Perfect beer for sunny summer days.

Beer and apples. Remind me a little of the apple Ephemere of Uniroue but whitout de Unibroue yeast. And that is good. Strong apple taste. Dry finish. Perfect beer for relaxing and watching Tv, or dinking outside alone in the summer.

Pours a cloudy yellow color with a thin creamy white head. Interesting aroma of baked apples and cinnamon, it feels a lot like an apple pie. The flavor has the same apple pie element with some doughy yeast. The body is medium with a creamy texture, the carbonation is moderate. This beer has nothing outstanding or special but does a good job as a simple, enjoyable, refreshing beer.

Pours slightly hazy yellow. A solid apple juicey flavour well balanced with the beer. Fairly light. Some interesting flavour notes that don't last long. Enjoyable.

(660ml Bottle) Pours very little head and a light golden body. Lively carbonation. Appley nose with a good sour flavour taste. Very light. Likeable when drinking one on a Sunday, sitting around watching traffic.

hazy yellow, white head. coriander, yeast fresh apples and wheaty malt on the nose. very spritzy mouthfeel, to the point where it interferes with the flavour. as the beer warms some banana-y flavours come out. finshes very quickly due to excess carbo.
