Orange body with a line of large-bubbled, pink head. Very tart gueze-like flavour at first seems overpowering and then mellows to a really nice hit of cranberry with some toastiness. High carbonation hides the flavours a little. Bottle. mrkimchee (1414), Toronto, Ontario, Canada

| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Mar 18, 2004 Very nice orange cloudy body. Its white/pink head unfortunately do not last long enough. Cherry, coriander, banana, yeast and, above all, cranberries aroma. Robust fruity and spicy taste with a bitter (almost acid) but too short final. Good winter beer. To try with moderately strong cheese. Radek Kliber (3962), Toronto (Can) Krotoszyn (Pol), Ontario, Canada

In fact this beer is so full of sweet and bitter orange peels, one can hardly taste anything else. It also has a pleasant tartness to it. Aside from that, the only other beer that I've ever sampled that was similar was Hoegaarden's Forbiden fruit.... which was crap.
