Apr 2, 2004 Tart aroma of coriander, yeast, cherry, cranberry. Orange body with a line of large-bubbled, pink head. Very tart gueze-like flavour at first seems overpowering and then mellows to a really nice hit of cranberry with some toastiness. High carbonation hides the flavours a little. Bottle.

Mar 18, 2004 Very nice orange cloudy body. Its white/pink head unfortunately do not last long enough. Cherry, coriander, banana, yeast and, above all, cranberries aroma. Robust fruity and spicy taste with a bitter (almost acid) but too short final. Good winter beer. To try with moderately strong cheese.

Feb 28, 2004 Soft pleasant aroma. Acidic, slightly woody, earthy notes. Medium body. Noticed some fruity touch, cranberries hence this acidic feel.

Jan 30, 2004 Draft. SLightly hazy read amber colour with a medium fizzy head. Herbal medicinal aroma. Flavour is very tart and acidic, almost mouth puckeringly so at the finish. Not as fruity as anticipated, improved a bit as the glass went on.

Jan 26, 2004 On tap. Sour/tart aroma, barnyard in fact, hazy apricot, small off white head. Flavour of cranberries is mild, fairly acidic, tart, very dry finish. Interesting.

Nov 17, 2003 (660ml bottle) Pours an deep orange body and a HUGE head. Nose of orange peel and sourness. Taste of sour cranberries. Could be renamed Saint-Paix Canneberge. Average.

Jul 11, 2003 Orange coloured beer. Orange flavoured beer. In fact this beer is so full of sweet and bitter orange peels, one can hardly taste anything else. It also has a pleasant tartness to it. Aside from that, the only other beer that I've ever sampled that was similar was Hoegaarden's Forbiden fruit.... which was crap.
