myself. I found it a little sour in the
nose and at the tip of the tongue: I’d concluded
this was from age, as the bottle was dated April 2000,
and I was sampling July 2001. Behind that sourness
was a full smooth mildly fruity flavor, almost
English in nature. The beer resembled a cask conditioned
ale, with its light amber color, smooth body and foamy head.
As a Belgian inspired ale, its a little underdone. As an
English ale, it was nice yet old/soured.
Hard to say - but generally I enjoyed it. MartinT (5068), Montreal, Quebec, Canada

The aroma is sweet with strong notes of over ripe fruits as well as some yeast. The flavor contains notes of prunes, and over ripe fruits, and with a dry slightly roasted end. The mouthfeel is very carbonated. dhurtubise (568), Hamilton, Ontario, Canada

Au nez elle a des aromes qui resemble beaucoup au braley wine.Malte sucre cramel.
Apres 2 ans elle a une leger gout acre mais on peut quand meme goute le sucre et le malt.
Jeune elle devais etre une excelente biere.
