Bottle. Pours dark amber with an average off white head. Aroma citrus hops and light caramel malt. Flavor is much the same. More of an IPA/DIPA than a strong ale.

12oz bottle from total wine in norfolk. pours a hazy, orange gold with a half inch, soft white head and nice lacing. aroma is a bit lacking with mild hop notes of grapefruit and lemon zest, dried apricot, dry grass, rye malts, and a touch of floral esters. flavor is decent with initial sweet fruit notes of apricot, orange, and lemon that are quickly overshadowed by dusty rye bread malts, burnt pine, and hay leaving an odd, bitter, dry finish. palate is medium bodied by maybe a bit thin with nice carbonation. overall, a decent brew from the Upstate.

Draught. Malty Double IPA/Strong Ale that was listed as Imperial ESB. Ok all around. Caramel. Malt. Not very much by way of hops. Doesn’t impress, but not bad either.

Bottle. Pours a hazy amber with a small off-white head. Aroma of caramel, citrus and floral hops. Flavor was sweet caramel malts, light toffee, citrus zest and some mild spices with a medium body and has a semi dry finish.

Orange pour with creamy off white head and lace. Dried fruit, citrus hops and sweet malt. Medium bitter, large sweet, and abv. A bit thin and watery.

Pour is a cloudy orange with a small white head. Aroma is full of piney resin hops and caramel malts. Flavor is a roasted malt with some of the hops that show up in the aroma. Still something is missing in this beer. It’s not watery by any means its just none of the ingrediants really shine through. Still worthy of a single pick up for a rating.

Pours a copper color with a tan head. Aroma is malty, caramel, toast, slightly citrus and juicy hops. Flavor is malty, crystal malt, caramel, and a bitter earthy finish.
