Commercial Description:
An unfiltered American wheat ale made with real mean peaches. The only thing missing is the fuzz. Savor the anger.

Dark orange body that is very cloudy. There is also an off white head. The nose is fairly strong with the ripe canned peach juice aroma. There is also some light dough aroma. The taste is not sweet as I would have expected. It is woody, like sucking a peach pit with some melted plastic in the finish. Man, I wanted to like the beer as much as the label.

Bottle 355 ml
Appearance: thick haze on amber with hint of orange shade , minimal top shown. 2+
Nose: Soft fruity aroma , mild sweets with processed peach aroma.
Flavor/Palate : Mid light bodied , silky soft texture with fruity bitterness sided with peach like character. Did not feelt real to me.

Tasted 8/2/09. 12oz bottle. My first rating from South Carolina! Activated pour produces a lively hiss and a finger width of quickly dissipating off-white head. Hazy and sedimented with a dark golden hue. Abundant fruity aromas, but pleasant. Medium bodied with crisp effervescence. There’s an odd maple, vanilla note that somehow doesn’t quite meld with the rest of the flavors. Tart and tangy with a bready malt character. Somewhat astringent and off. I can’t quite put my finger on it, but the palate suffers because of it.Bitter finish with a lingering sticky sweetness. Candy sweet and tinny. This is just decent...

Pours a dark hazy golden with little head. Aroma is peach. Flavor is peach, spices, a little bread, and a mildly tart finish.

12oz bottle. Pours a murky orange with a small white head. Aroma is of peaches, citrus, vanilla cream, and spice. Smells like delicious, fresh peaches. Taste is of sweet, juicy peaches. There is also a decent amount of citrus, vanilla cream, and spice. Has a bready malt backbone that compliments the peach flavor very well. Mouthfeel is juicy and light. Lingering taste of citrus and peaches. It’s a damned fine fruit beer. I could drink this all day.

Single bottle was $1.65 at Wine Warehouse, Charlottesville. Cloudy golden-amber with a small head. PEACH! in the aroma. Flavors of peach (obviously), grass, and has a bit of bitterness. Watery mouthfeel.

Uh... W T F. My first peach beer experience. And actually, it’s better than I expected. But I don’t really like peaches that much. If I did however, it would be excellent. Appearance is... peach color with what looks like bits of peaches floating around. Aroma is..... peaches. Flavor is... peaches. Palate is... peaches (ok that makes no sense). It’s very aromatic and flavorful. I can appreciate it for what it is and what they are going for. About as good as I can imagine a peach beer could be.

THOUGHTS. It was different, but not great. But still makes a nice summer refresher. TECHNICAL: Bottle. Poured a murky, milky, orangey yellow with a small, white head that mostly diminished and left good to excellent lacing. The aroma was mostly peach along with light to moderate cereal, peach nectar and when warmer almost a peaches and cream kind of smell, or better yet a bowl full of Wheaties and peaches with milk. The initial flavor was tart, lightly sweet, sour and acidic; while the finish was sweet, bitter, sour, acidic and tart with an average duration. There was peaches (the whole peach, meat, skin and pit), wheat and yeast. The light to medium body was dry with fizzy carbonation and a lightly astringent and slightly metallic finish.
