Hazy amber hue, with a tan head, but falls quickly, with a yeasty, bready nose, with some spicy notes of coriander, nutmeg, touch of brown sugar, caramelized malt, and a fruit accent in the aroma follows through on a medium-bodied palate with a crisp caramelized malt character, a spicy coriander note, yeasty accent, roasted malt and also a delicate flowery hint and a fruity flavor, leading towards a nice citrus floral hoppy finish.

Une délicieuse saveur malte d’orge, légèrement épicé qui la donne une belle apparence et un arome enchanteur.

Bottle shared with HogTownHarry & tupalev -- courtesy of me. Pours a cloudy dark reddish-brown with a small diminishing white head. Nice enough aroma of malt, yeast, citrus and spices. Flavour is quite yeasty with some spices and malt. Kind of Saison-ish. Dry finish. It’s not great but it goes down easy and is fairly refreshing and that’s O.K..

Bottle (341ml). Shared with blankboy and tupalev, courtesy of blankboy. Poured cloudy orange with a decent off-white head. Aroma of orange juice, spice, pepper, coriander, lemon - much like a generic belgian witbier, some sharp hops and a plethora of yeast. Taste is juicy, peppery and refreshing - more of a summer thing, really. Mouthfeel was astringent and light - overall simple and refreshing, but pretty average.

Bottle, shared with hogtown harry and blankboy, courtesy of blankboy. Dark orange, small white head. Slightly yeast aroma with lemon and malt. Refreshing malt taste with a lot of yeast. A good lemon kick in there as well. Uninspiring but that sounds too harsh. This was a fresh bottle and very refreshing to drink, almost a palette cleanser near the end of a long solid night of tasting. Good but just a little bland.

Hazy light amber colour with a thin head. Aroma of caramel and or toffee with some orange. Slightly roasty flavours. Dry finish. A simple but very enjoyable drink.

this is very nice. I would describe it as belgum yeast dancing with american hops. It’s just such a lovley blend of both worlds. Pours a cloudy amber rouge with a thin white head. No real laceings to speak of. Aroma is of mineral’s, boose and a tough of buble gumish hops. Mouthfeel is slightly chewy, and the flavour is of roasted nuts, sweet musky malt, bubblegum, yeast redidues and a lovley smash of bitter hop. Undertones of banana and grass round it out lovley. Aftertaste is a little smokey and a little sandy. Overall a wonderfull balance of old world and new. Very tasty. I dont normaly like RJ’s beer. Cheers
