Cask, gravity dispense, at 5th Globe Beer Festival, Dunstable, Bedfordshire. Red brown with a small off white head. Malty aroma, slightly roasted. Pear fruit and malt in taste, but it’s a bit thin to be honest.

Cask. Reddy brown, thin head. Sweet malty aroma. Taste follows naturally, but more roasted and with a little more hop. Fairly full bodied, but not the best mild ever.

Cask @ GBBF 2007, London. Clear light brown color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, wheat, nutty. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is creamy, carbonation is flat.

Cask, GBBF 2007. Chestnut with a thin off-white head. Nose is quite malty and chocolatey. Some alcoholic hop subtlety. Mouth is quite fruity light, maltiness too. Finishes quite bitter and inoffensive.
