Amber with a small but lasting white head. Fruity aroma with some pear notes. Watery flavour, sweet and fruity.

Straight orange. Generous off-white head culminates at 1cm of altitude. Very fruity (peach and apricot reminiscent) nose backed by stuffy toasted malts. Different and lighter (in colour) flavours than most milds, it is almost asking for darker fruits and feels like a light and refreshing, very juicy example that has less character than most. Light-medium bodied, mostly still.

Cask@The Market Porter. Lightly toasty malt cjaracters, with some light citric hops towards the finish. Feels very thin and watery. Not much happening in here.

Cask at the Market Porter, London. Very dry, the finish is much more pronounced than the body of the beer itself. Long lingering dryness. Not great, but interesting.

Cask at Wellington Arms, bedford. Dark gold. Unobtrusive sweet malt aroma. Odd, distinctive taste with tea, bread, malt, grass, fruit. A sharp hint of bitterness that doesn’t last.
