Dec 28, 2009 Cask gravity at Pig’s Ear BF 09. Mid brown, very thin disappearing off white bubbly head. Robinson yeast distinctive character. Then it’s a bitter, some decent hops on it to be honest. Touch of biscuit. Drinkable bitter.

Some hop aroma. Small white head. Copper amber coloured fruity and a little rich on the palate with a little bitterness in a crisp and dry malt finish.
