Spicey, malty, toasted grain flavor with a moderate alcohol flavor. Fizzy carbonation and a moderate finish, rolling over all the tasted flavors. Very nice, well balanced and for me more likeable than the Rochefort 10 unclemattie (2416), Georgia, USA

Chocolate malt aroma, lightly spiced, with notes of dark pitted fruit and very soft apple skin. Bready start, spicey, slight phenols, warming, with a touch of chocolate malt. Very smooth, not terribly thick, but a well hidden ABV. Spices, traces of dark pitted fruit and apple skin on the finish. Tasty!
