Poured with all yeast into a Rochefort glass a beautiful Ruby Red with active swirling yeast. Medium sized bubbly head quickly dissipates to cling to the rim. Very rich, fruity aroma of dates, raisins, bread and plums. Very nice, medium sweet with light carbonation. Really top notch. One of my favorites. zombywoof (362), Shawnee, Kansas, USA
