Bottle says 28 07 04. Poured with all yeast into a Rochefort glass a beautiful Ruby Red with active swirling yeast. Medium sized bubbly head quickly dissipates to cling to the rim. Very rich, fruity aroma of dates, raisins, bread and plums. Very nice, medium sweet with light carbonation. Really top notch. One of my favorites.

Dark brown and hazy with a frothy head. Aroma of cherry, chocolate, malt and currant. Subtle and complex with lots of different notes vying for your attention: spice, chocolate, toffee, walnut, malt and dried fruit. Soft mouthfeel and gentle carbonation with a lingering finish. A first rate Belgian.

I lust for this beer... Everynight I have dreams of Scarlett Johansson and Trappstes Rochefort 8. This warm and palatable beer deserves to be admired like the true work of art she is!

A complex beer with a plethora of flavors throughout. Starts off with a frothy head and a pleasant aroma. The flavors constantly change, but are dominated by a malty yeast that comes at you with the taste of fruits, wines, breads. Extreemly smooth
