Rochester Mills Double Dryhopped Cask IPA

On tap: The aroma is a nice combination of pineapple and citrus hops. It’s a transparent orange with a minimal large bubbled off-white head. The flavor starts pineapple and sweet citrus notes up front. The finish has a mild grapefruit hoppiness.

MiBGF 07: Clean deep amber hue with a slight oily appearance. The aroma has notes of resiny, leafy and piney hops along with some mineral essence. Some bready and pale malts as well. The taste has a bold acidic fruit and pine bite with a earthy yeast character. The finish is a bit woody and bready. The mouth feel is oh so good with a lovely oily note, a dangerously smooth and drinkable beer. Really nice surprise, MIKEY LIKEY!
