walleye (817), Sterling Heights, Michigan, USA Aug 9, 2008 from the can. got a case of this earlier this summer. poured yellow with small head. aroma corn , some other veggies. flavor not a lot going on got some yeast and grains. once this warmed it was hard to swallow. drink ice cold. jcr (823), Jasper, Indiana, USA Jul 18, 2008 Can. There are too many good beers in the world to waste time or money on this one. Vegetable aroma and flavor, it does not display the malt, hop balance of a good bohemian pilsener. It does look good, though with a pale yellow body with a decent white head that slowly diminishes. The aroma was corn and green beans along with a hint of caramel malt. The flavor is lightly sweet and lightly bitter. Lingering off-taste in the finish. Thin body, watery texture, lively carbonation. Dezzilu (169), Versailles, France Aug 20, 2007 The appearance of this beer was pale and weak which, unfortunately, also is the best way to define the taste. It was easy drinking for sure, but does anyone think that makes a beer more desireable? Definitely not a 3+ beer, but because this is a USA micro-brew the overall group average doesn’t surprise me. mstockton (177), Beverly Hills, Michigan, USA Aug 31, 2004 Drinks easily enough, but seems to have a lingering aftertaste. One of those beers that requires you to drink a bit of water afterwards to quench your thirst. jtw (909), farmington, Michigan, USA Jun 13, 2004 very clean pilsenery aroma--clear gold color, with a smooth pale malt profile. very well-balanced hops to add a little tang, and it finishes pretty dry with a crisp aftertaste. not bad at all!
