Oct 10, 2006 Draft... GABF ’06... Black with a small, tight, beige head. The aroma and flavor are of cola, coffee and chocolate with some caramel and nutty notes. Good balance provided by charred bitterness. Medium to full-bodied and sandy with fizzy carbonation. Lengthy, arid finish.

Apr 20, 2005 On tap: Roasted cofffee, chocolate, and caramel aroma. Dark brown with orange hilights. Creamy off-white head. Roasted coffee flavors with a nutty and chocolate finish. Light hops in the finish as well. Nutty chocolate aftertaste.

Aug 9, 2004 5 oz. sampler from the brewery poured dark brown. aroma sour fruits, malts, toffee hints of caramel. flavor burnt roasted nuts came out 1st bad not in a bad way than hints of caramel and honey. nice dryness to this one. not to bad of a beer
