On tap. Poured slightly cloudy and with small head that dissapated rapidly. Aroma was lacking the banana nose of classic Hefe. Flavors of slight banana and bubble gum present, more bubble gum than banana.

On tap: Banana and clove aroma. Pale hazy yellow with a white head. Quick citrus and banana flavor is quickly taken over by a yeasty a pretty big clove finish. Lots of clove in the finish. Maybe a little too much clove.

Pour, head and lacing typical of a wheat. Good carbonation and the undertone of spice and banana esters was what I expected. Holds its own with the genre and is enjoyable. If I’m in the mood for a wheat, this one will work very well!
