Oct 19, 2005 22 oz bottle. Poured a light brown with a thin fizzy head that disappeared quickly. Aroma of caramel malt, nutty, faint chocolate. Flavor is faintly malty, with some oxidation present, some caramel and nuts. Very light bodied and thin on the mouthfeel. Finish is slightly sweet and rather unremarkable. Overall nothing to brag about.

Sep 5, 2005 Beer # 6 at the MSBF. 1/2 pint. Brown, tan head, clear. Malty carmel aroma. Malty thin carmel flavor. Dry. Malty finis. A little bland.

Jul 24, 2005 Poured a brown color with a small, light tan head that left light lacing on the glass. Aroma of nuts, caramel malts, light banana, and grains. Taste of caramel malts, nuts, and light citrus hoppiness. Mouthfeel was a bit watery.

Apr 5, 2004 Brown coloration, very clear. Bubbly short-lived head. Some nuttiness in the flavor with a short kick in the finish. Too watery and very lacking in charecter.
