Smell: Somewhat meaty-smelling aroma of smoked licorice, dark malts, and anywhere from two to four prunes.
Taste: Overall meaty taste. Smokey, caramelly maltiness is mildly sweet. Dash of bitter herbs. Herbal bitterness. Bitterish, smokey finish.
Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied. Medium carbonation.
