Commercial Description:
We felt that lagers are being left out of the new revolution, so try this one! This spring, break out a bottle or three on that first sunny warm spring day when you get that itch. Make sure to grill some bratwurst and heck throw on some sauerkraut for good measure. Use a good fresh Portuguese roll and warm it on the grill as well. Serve with a green tomato pickle and wedges of goat cheese. The lager should be chilled in the snow of course!

Hazy orange, light copper in color with a lasting small off white head. Aroma of alot of grain, a touch of weird vegetables?, and some light yeast, bready, and light floral hops. Taste is grainy, sweet, with some biscuity and mild toasted malts, some bready yeast, and a moderate hop bitterness in the finish. Definitely a weird take on a big helles...

Amber pour with sudsy head. Very hoppy/malty aroma. I thought of this more as an IIPA due to its hoppy nature. Some sweet malts poke their heads through but then retreat in fright.

Good sized off white head of fine bubbles. Reduces slowly. Light citrusy aroma with some dried grass, toasted malts and some grainy notes. Color is a medium copper. Very hoppy flavor. Bitter grapefruit and some floral hops along with some caramel sweetness and roasted grains. Noticable alcohol warming in the stomach. VERY hoppy for a bock. Finishes somewhat sweet with a lingering sharp bitterness. A decent brew.

22 oz bottle. Pours a copper color with a thick white head and lasting lace. Aroma is primarily grapefruit (hops) with a sweet malty background. Flavor is pretty much the same with hop bitterness and malty sweetness battling it out. In the long run, the hops win.

hazy coppery amber pour capped by a wispy, soapy and long lasting sandy white head. an enormous amount of ring like lacing is left behind after this eventually works it’s way down.

a gush of flowery hops hits the nose before aromas of caramel, grain/grainy sweetness, slightly oily resinous pine, orange and a hint of booze.

the flavor is again, a rush of floral hops. there’s a malty base but for the most part it’s intensely dry on the palate. caramel/toffee, pine, spice, orange and some vaporous burn make up the rest of the flavor profile. there’s a bitterness on the back teeth before a very clean finish.

the medium body gets fat and creamy at times until hoppy dryness shows up to the party to keep it in check.

i’m not sure this is a helles bock... seems more like a fine ipa. anything resembling a bock is cloaked in a huge dose of flowery hops. but i don’t really care since it tastes good and is terribly easy to drink...7/4/8/4/15/3.8

22 oz bottle-pours an off white head and copper color. Aroma is grainy/medium malt-some sweet, some hops-slight bitter. Taste is grainy/medium malt-some sweet caramel, some hops-slight bitter earthy/spicy, some alcohol. Clashes a bit. Thanks jwc215 for sharing this with me.
