Commercial Description:
"Ah taste and smell the hops!" A hoppy ale that is mildly bitter. Brewed with the finest pale malt available and a touch of flaked barley. Cascade hops are used to make a hop tea that is added directly to the brite tank for a Rock Art twist on an age old favorite. (SUMMER SEASONAL) Now available in 22 oz. bottles!

Bottle - Poured a cloudy golden amber in color with a thick bright white head. Aroma is nicely balanced between fruity hops and an undercurrent of maltiness. Flavor is of grassy hops (Cascade for sure) and little of the aromatic malts. The y talk about this beer being "mildly bitter", but it is plenty bitter. Flavor of hops is very dominant and tasty. Finishes cleanly and the hoppy bitterness does not linger too long. An average IPA, but one that I would willingly repeat in the near future

This 22oz bottle has a June 02, 2006 sticker on the bottom, kinda old for a IPA. The aroma is faint with malts and slight hops. Also a scunky smell. Pale orange-yellow hazy color. Not much in the way of a head. Watered down taste of malt in the begining. Mild hops come through in the finish. A fresh bottle might be decent, but I was not impressed with this IPA.

Aroma is aromaless. Ok not quite, but close enough for government work....very vaugely hoppy. Dusty brown with a massive and fluffly white head that is very bubbly. Fore is lightly hoppy...lightly malty...lightly citric and heavily boring. Put some freaking ingredients in your beer please! At least it doesn’t taste bad...it just doesn’t taste. BMC, IPA is what this is.

this is crap. there are no hops, no bitterness and it just sucks. it tastes like water. i think bud light is better than this crap cuz you expect bud light to suck

Pours a light gold with a generous white head. Light malt accompanied by some lightly perfumed hops. Fruity. Slightly sweet with some underlying bitterness as it moves towards the finish. A bit of cardboard. Needs more malt and hop complexity with just a touch more body.

Rather disappointing. Just lacks any unique character. The aroma is of a faint fruity, grapefruity, sweet, the colour is light and looks the same as any Kolsch, the flavor strikes you as a fairly bland IPA, the palate variety does little to expound on the latitude granted by an IPA brew style, the carbonation is fairly high and the finish is relatively mild. Get your IPAs elsewhere.

Popurs like flat ginger ale (other than the remarkably quick retreating pale head). Looks like flat ginger ale. Tastes watery, soapy. Slight malt presence. Hops? Donde?

Pale gold in color. This beer had a small white head that vanished rather quickly. A very light hop smell was present. The taste was rather weak in the area of hops and the aftertaste was slightly roasted. Rather lame rendition of the style.
