Sweet aroma of caramel, sugar, citrus; with hints of alcohol and grass. Pretty solid and balanced flavor; grass and citrus malt with a solid caramel base. Some earthiness and sweetness thoughout. Pretty solid and tasty; especially for 3.60 $ for the bomber. Ibrew2or3 (2766), Safety Harbor, Florida, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Dec 2, 2007 Courtesy of Beerlando. This is probably the second longest beer name I’ve rated and entered to date (first being McGuire’s I’ll Have What the Gentleman on the Floor is Having, BW). Pours deep gold with lasting white head. The aroma has green spice hops, mild malts and more green (wet hops maybe) hoppiness. The flavor is the same as the nose with greenish wetish tasting hops that are both floral and mildly spicy. About midway the bitter hoppiness peaks. Into the finish and after taste the malt and hop notes fade evenly away. dpjuart (670), Indiana, Pennsylvania, USA

Skunky fruit. Hops galore (read: glorious), Alcohol on the nose. Taste of alcohol and carmel, with nice floral hops. A bit skunky tasting, but great hops. Carmel and chocolate malts present. kp (8500), Woodstock, Georgia, USA

Aroma of sweet caramely malt and some mild fresh citrusy hops. Body starts full, viscous and malty wtih sticky caramel toffee notes and a nice balance of resiny piny bittering and flavor hops. A nice brew. Edmoe (130), Orlando, Florida, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Nov 18, 2007 Hazy pale amber, thin head, thin lacing. Moderate floral hoppiness, Upon tasting, wood overtakes hops. Hint of vegetable I can’t quite pick out. Medium body. Good, but wood was a little too strong and that vegetable flavor wasn’t a plus. canary dog (443), Rutland, Vermont, USA
| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 5/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Nov 10, 2007 Beer is perfect in the glass. Terrific combo of copper body and thick foam head. Taste begins with an admirable and full maltiness, and ends with a sharp bitterness that is absent any real hops. In between is a crisp off-taste I have noticed in other beers. Could it be Irish moss? This note slowly fades but remains vague as the beer warms to 55°-60°, where it should be drunk anyways. I would rate this beer in the 4s if they could eliminate that off-taste. Nate (2560), Indiana, Pennsylvania, USA
| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Oct 24, 2007 From bomber. Mild alcohol notes. Toffee & caramel. Nice grassy fresh hops. Overall, nice aroma - smooth, sweet, and hoppy with a bit of muskiness. Orange amber clear with off-white foamy lacing head. Medium heavy body with medium carbonation. Starts with toasty grains, caramel and toffee and biscuit. Fresh grassy hops. Medium bitterness throughout with sweet fruity notes. Long bitter finish and after. Smooth but not wimpy. Nice ale, reminds me of a Stone beer (Arrogant Bastard, perhaps?)
