Commercial Description:
A Light refreshing ale brewed with fresh cracked coriander seeds, a dash of orange peel and fermented with a yeast that compliments the malt and spice flavors. Serve well chilled, pour into a wide mouth glass with an inch or so of head. Garnish with a thin slice of orange if you wish. Sit back, relax and inhale the aromas as you begin to sip, you have now entered your comfort zone. For a "SLOW" experience try it with a fresh tropical fruit salad, picnic lunch at the park, small cubes of cold GOUDA cheese or grilled shrimp kabobs and fire roasted corn. 10 IBU.

Strong citrus and coriander aroma. Heavy hazy appearance, golden in color, and a two finger white head. Sweet and slightly tart taste. Moderately bitter finish. Sticky palate and mild carbonation.

Pours a transparent clear golden bronze with a thin, wispy-lacing white head. Authentic aroma of fresh coriander and orange peel with a touch of pale, biscuity Belgian malt and some dry, soapy earthy hops. Body, however, is disappointingly thin considering the aroma and could use some more sweet malt. Finishes drier with some lingering coriander and citrus. Otherwise, nice use of spices and Belgian yeast.

Thanks to TomDecapolis for sharing this... Appears a slightly hazy, semi transparent gold with a small, white head that fades into a mild cap. Spotty lacing is left around the glass and small amounts of CO2 rise to the top. Smell is of corn husk, hay, yeast, apricots, honey, flowers, and wax. Taste is summed up in the aromas with an odd, hay-like flavor being pronounced. Mouthfeel is medium bodied, smooth (after fizzyness dies out), dirty, mineraly, with wet hay and wheat rounding it out to the thin finish.. Seems like something went awry with this.

Bottled. Great spicy nose with orange peel and coriander. Beeman’s gum with light sweet nose and dusty light fruity hops. Spicy and smoooth. Hazy orange-amber with thin off-white white lacing head. Light-medium body with light carbonation. Starts with light citrus tartness and orange peel. Medium spicyness and tart berries. Bubblegum and light chalky bitter finish. Clean light citrus after. A bit watery overall but otherwise a very nice wit.

22oz bottle shared courtesy of TomDecapolis. Poured a medium and hazy golden color with a small sized white head. Aromas of floral, spices and wet wheat. Tastes of the same with citrus. Thinner and fizzy body.

Pours a lightly hazy golden with copper tones and a small bubbly white head that did not leave much in terms of lacing. Aroma of orange peel, coriander, some wheat, cereal grains, floral and grassy notes. Flavor of the same spicy coriander and orange along with Wit yeast, mixed citrus and a moderate hop bitterness. Picked up some alcohol and cereal grains as it warms.

22oz bottle: Pours to a light yellow that appears somewhat dark unless held up to direct light. Mostly cloudy & opaque body (at least once the bottom of the bottle is poured) with large particles visible suspended throughout. The aroma shows a bit of yeast, light coriander, hints of orange, and light grains & wheat. Taste is crisp wheat, along with perfume-like notes of lavender, coriander, light clove, with hints of lemon, lightly tart wheat. Light-medium bodied, medium carbonation, finishes with some dusty grains and light lemon. Not bad, but doesn’t seem to have the quality wheat/grain & yeast flavors I’d expect. I like that Rock Art is really making the effort to branch out in styles though.

(tap at Bobcat Café) Almost clear yellow topped by a small white ring of foam. The aroma is dominated by a strong perfumy smell reminiscent of Lavender. Taste is more of the same, perfumy with some lemon juice and citrus fruits. Lack of body (very very thin) and no hops flavour. Half of it is bad and the other half is boring. Cloudy and 45° Ale for Boredom in the Rain.
