Commercial Description:
A Light refreshing ale brewed with fresh cracked coriander seeds, a dash of orange peel and fermented with a yeast that compliments the malt and spice flavors. Serve well chilled, pour into a wide mouth glass with an inch or so of head. Garnish with a thin slice of orange if you wish. Sit back, relax and inhale the aromas as you begin to sip, you have now entered your comfort zone. For a "SLOW" experience try it with a fresh tropical fruit salad, picnic lunch at the park, small cubes of cold GOUDA cheese or grilled shrimp kabobs and fire roasted corn. 10 IBU.

22oz bottle shared courtesy of TomDecapolis. Poured a medium and hazy golden color with a small sized white head. Aromas of floral, spices and wet wheat. Tastes of the same with citrus. Thinner and fizzy body.

Pours a transparent clear golden bronze with a thin, wispy-lacing white head. Authentic aroma of fresh coriander and orange peel with a touch of pale, biscuity Belgian malt and some dry, soapy earthy hops. Body, however, is disappointingly thin considering the aroma and could use some more sweet malt. Finishes drier with some lingering coriander and citrus. Otherwise, nice use of spices and Belgian yeast.

22oz bottle-pours a foamy white head and yellow/gold color. Aroma is grainy/wheat, orange, spices-coriander/pepper. Taste is grain-some caramel sweetness, orange, spices-coriander/pepper/metallic hops. The coriander and metallic character are a bit harsh. OK carbonation.

Pours yellow with a white head. Smells citrussy with some sweet gingery splashes. Tastes omre like an American wheat with some citrus and bubblegum. Weird beer.

Slightly hazy golden pour. Notes of coriander and a bit of honey. Very vegetal with a touch of light sourness. A very limpid interpretation of a witbier. Dirty and not very good.

22 ounce bottle from Richmond Beverage in Richmond, VT (January 2007) consumed from a Duvel glass a bit above fridge temperature. Pours a hazy to opaque orange-gold with smallish quick-dying head that leaves faint wisps, lightly bubbly, no lacing at all....lightly earthy (wet clay) lightly citric aroma, hints of coriander, more lemon than anything, nothing terribly exciting....lemon-cake smooth, fairly dry on the whole though juicy enough through to the middle, rather thin, no real yeastiness apparent on the tongue though it does appear to be unfiltered, becoming very very watery and soda-like at the finish, with a somewhat unpleasant metallic tinge late....this ends up as much like Mountain Dew as any beer I’ve had, and that is not a good thing. I’ve been more impressed by this brewery of late so this comes as a real disappointment, utterly dull and lacking in interest; and the description on the bottle could not be more condescending and deliberately aimed at people who know nothing at all about good beer. Drink chilled with cold cheese? You gotta be kidding me.

Bottle. A whit with golden body and a rocky white head. Orange coriander, lots of spices pepper and clove. A bit bready with no etoh or hop character. I enjoyed it even more so at 3$/bomber.
