Commercial Description:
Our golden American ale has a crisp body and slighly dry, hoppy finish. This is a real treat for the beer lover. Pale, wheat and torrified wheat malts are used with Northern Brewer and Mt. Hood hops. Available in 6 packs.

Pours a very clear watery pale golden yellow color with no head whatsoever. Unimpressive to say the least so far. Lots of corn, rice and other skunky adjunct grains. I can’t even pick up any malt character and there is also an astonishing lack of hops. It kind of smells like the floor of a fraternity house. The flavor of this beer would best be described as if they took some alcohol then some dirt in there followed by some industrial cleaning chemicals. This beer actually made me feel ill. Possibly the worst beer I’ve ever had. Complete drainpour. Avoid at all costs!

Pours a slightly hazed yellow with a small white head. Aroma is malt, wheat, grass, touch of spices. Flavor is grassy and floral, wheat, malt. Finishes with a dry herbal bitterness that’s kind of harsh and out of balance. Not very enjoyable.

Clear see-through straw yellow. Some sporadic lace. Only a film of head. The smell has some lagery malt, and barley, but it’s lagery and light. A nice accent of flowery pilsnerish hop. Some bready yeast. A little funk in the malt flavor, but in a good way. Some toasted malt flavors. The hop is a nice finishing flavor. The flowery hop is unexpected. Good for style. Minor wheaty flavor. The feel is watery and with a minor film. It’s very easy-drinking, but with enough flavor to enjoy a lot of. Better than the sum of its parts.

I assumed that this beer was a pale lager., but I see its a wheat beer. This beer was a decent pale lager, but is a very poor wheat beer. This one missed the mark.

Bottle. Pours unremarkably gold with a fizzy white head. Contains flavors of sugar, malt, and mild grass, finishing with some toasted malt and wood. Palate features weak carbonation and a semi-dry finish.

Pale golden, lightly hazy brew. Aroma is lightly pale malty. A bit of herbal hoppiness. Kind of floral and a bit grassy. Light lemon peel and a bit of wheatiness. It’s pretty bland really.

I honestly couldn’t tell that this beer is supposed to be a wheat ale. It has almost no qualities of the style whatsoever. The appearance is a slightly cloudy golden color with no head at all. There is absoutely no lacing around the glass either. The aroma is basically nonexistent. I honestly couldn’t get any sense of smell from this beer at all. The flavors are watery, overly carbonated and bland. This is more like drinking a spiked Sprite than a beer. I’d consider having a Miller Lite over this.

Bottle poured a clear golden amber with a small lasting ivory head. Aromas of wheat, earthiness and light carmel. Palate was medium bodied and smooth. Flavors of earthiness, wheat and carmel with a smooth dry lightly bitter finish.
