| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Nov 15, 2005 Bottle from a variety pack at the Beer Yard. Gold pour with very little lacing. The aroma was of pale biscuity malts, some fruit, honey, and grassy hops. Rather watery palate, with some fruit, grape, hop, and pale bready malt flavor hints. Gets a bit tart as it warms. Quaffable, but this won’t make the cut as a Doc Lock beer fridge entrant again. austinpowers (2828), New York, New York, USA
| 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 9/20 | Nov 13, 2005 Quite bitter for a wheat, and not particularly wheaty, which fits the American Wheat style, sadly. Bummer. JFURYCAT (791), East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania, USA
| 2.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 2/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 9/20 | Nov 11, 2005 Bottle. This beer has potential with a flowery grassy aroma and a tasty hop in there but as a whole, the beer lacks several qualities. It is way too grassy for one. The malt seems flat and the beer seems very watered down. The part of the beer without flavor is stronger than the flavorful content if that makes any sense! I do like the initial wheatiness but then things go downhill. jcwattsrugger (5361), Florida and, New Jersey, USA
| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Oct 7, 2005 12 oz bottle-pours a creamy, thick white head that reduces. Color is hazy golden. Aroma is creamy, malty. Vanilla? Taste is creamy, malty, then midtaste, a sharp (maybe from a different style hops that I’ve had before), light taste. OK carbonation. I have now read others descriptions and the category of this beer, had no clue they were trying to do a Belgian...

light in color with an inch of white foam.
To me this was to much like a BMC product and was just to nono-defined in anyway. NJBeerman013 (778), Trenton, New Jersey, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Jun 15, 2005 Very golden in color. On the thinner side. Bubbly head, not thick and creamy. Very light in the flavor department. I think I would have had more negatives for this beer had it not been so hot out when I drank it. It turned out to be quite thirst quenching. + for that that note.
