Commercial Description:
We're proud to present American Dream Ale, our unique West Coast IPA, in honor of American Beer Month. We picked the finest hops from Washington's Yakima Valley to give this historic pale ale a decidedly American twist. Floral, citrus and pine character burst from the Yakima hops to mix with the crisp, slightly dry malt flavor for a never bitter ale even the snobbiest limey would love.

cloudy burnt orange, fine white head, scattered lace, sweet pine and citrus aroma, lots of sweet tangerine flavor, light bitterness balances the sweetness but allows the hop flavor take center stage, bitterness grows but stays in its place,

On tap at Wisconsin State Fair, in the Beno’s beer tent. Amber color. Smell of malt, grapefruit, hops, flowers, apricots, light bread and caramel. Wonderful hop taste with flowers, malt, citrus peal, grapefruit, honey and minor grass. I would say it was one of the top 3 IPA’s on tap next to Bitter Woman and Bells Two Hearted Ale.

Had on tap at Wisconsin State Fair. Pours a dark yellowish color with white head. AWESOME hop aroma to it.TAste was total hop domination with a hint of malt backing. Nice bitter finish. This is a wonderful IPA.

Pours a deep gold (almost on the yellow side), rather clear with a thin off-white head. The aroma is intense with citrusy hops. The flavor is a bit one-sided - lots of grapefruit and pine with a very bitter finish. There are some malts to back it up giving flavors of sugar and honey, but it is a bit unbalanced. Overall, drinkable, but not as good as their normal IPA offering.

Draft. On tap at Rock Bottom Orland Park, IL. Very, very citrusy in aroma. Nice head, and head retention, and nice lacing. Beautiful color. Taste is extremely up front hops prevelant. Middle palate is very nice with a good mix of malt and hop complexity. Nice, nice finish...very bitter and very fantastic. Great brew. One of the best RB brews yet!

RB Seattle, July seasonal
Very pale gold. Big but fake-looking head (too level!) Smells nice - simcoe, strawberries, cascade, citrus. Flavour...moderate bitterness, more floral citrusy hops. Clean, slightly estery finish.

American Dream indeed! Had at RB Minneapolis. Great smells and nice hop, fruit taste. I didnt expect there IPA to be this good. One of the better IPA’s i have had, might have to snag a growler before this ones gone.
