MrRomero (1934), Nolanville, Texas, USA Nov 24, 2006 Draft at Buckhead location: poured light orange with a meium sized off white head. The aroma, to me, was light citrus with a bit of stale refrigerator smell. Slight stale walnutty flavor with some citrus and a touch of pineapple. Finishes slightly bitter with a touch of sweetness. I’ve had better. bu11zeye (5430), Frisco, Texas, USA Jun 2, 2006 (Draught) Pours a clear amber body with a small off-white head. Aroma of caramel malt. Flavor of toasted malt, caramel, and mild hops. Sammy (3934), Toronto, Ontario, Canada Mar 9, 2006 Amber colour. Very slight hop aroma. American Perle hops were used. Tasty fruitiness from the yeast. Pronounced bitterness and drying finish. Very decent Nuffield (2718), Roseville, Minnesota, USA Jan 9, 2006 Gently hazy peach, light-yellow spectrum. Hoppy sweet front, a little vegetal in the mid-finish, not too much metal to get picky, moderates well, easy drinking. Served too cold for my taste; average carbonation. Decent session beer. (on tap, Rock Bottom Atlanta) wilkie (1189), Raleigh, North Carolina, USA Oct 20, 2005 Draught. Copper color. Small head. Aroma is malty. Flavor is grainy, not well balanced, and there is bitterness in finish. Off flavors at end. aracauna (2357), Georgia, USA Aug 5, 2005 Clean pale amber with small head. Light maltiness and a slight fruitiness. There’s a balanced bitterness. Still seems lacking somehow.
