biznizness (930), Mooresville, North Carolina, USA Aug 3, 2008 Had this at the Charlotte location, I’m assuming it is the same beer. Decent wheat, though not memorable. Another one of Rock Bottom’s middle-of-the-road brews. alexanderj (2213), Chino Hills, California, USA Jul 8, 2008 On tap in Buckhead; strange that this has not been rated in about two years, but the name is definitely the same. Poured a ruddy, dull gold; small white head. Aroma of musty wheat fields, with a minimal amount of banana. Flavor was definitely a wheat ale, albeit a pretty bland one. Palate was a bit watery and there just wasn’t alot of good wheat flavor. Dickinsonbeer (3434), Hoboken, New Jersey, USA Aug 29, 2006 Tap at the Buckhead location. Pours a nice hazy cloudy deep gold with a thick cloudy pure whithe head and some lace. Aroma is highly sulfuric, some hydrogen sulfide, rotten eggs light wheat and some phenols- obviously not conditioned long enough to get rid of the sulfur produced by many hefe strains. Still soem sulfur ion the flavor with light banana and clove. Smooth but also a bit slick mouthfeel. bu11zeye (5430), Frisco, Texas, USA Jun 2, 2006 (Draught) Pours a cloudy maize colored body with a moderate white head. Aroma of orange peel and coriander. Flavor of malt, hops, and banana
